bower install 老是卡

貌似是今天才有的问题

bower install bootstrap

会卡

bower install https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap.git

可以安装

难道是bower服务器的问题？

是你访问github慢吧。如果已经安装过，bower会使用本地的缓存，就不会卡了
